Kalabi Privacy Policy

Kalabi is designed to work without an account. We do not sell personal information, show advertising, track you across apps or websites, or use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Information stored on your device
Your learning progress, review history, custom vocabulary lists, preferences, and related study data are stored locally on your device. Kalabi does not upload this information to us. If you export a backup, you choose where that file is saved or shared.
Network access and external services
Kalabi includes its core lessons, audio, and study data for offline use. If optional content is not available locally, the app may request public character-stroke data from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Links to additional lessons may open kalabi.ai in your browser. These services may receive standard technical request information such as an IP address and browser or device details under their own privacy practices. Kalabi does not attach your learning history, custom lists, name, email address, or advertising identifier to those requests.
Permissions
Kalabi does not require location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo-library, health, or tracking permission for its normal learning features.
Your choices
You can reset learning data from within the app or remove locally stored data by deleting the app. You can also export a backup before doing so.
Children's privacy
Kalabi does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. If you believe personal information has been provided to us, contact us so we can investigate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Kalabi's features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
